1) Lemon water mouthwash
Ingredients – 1 Lemon, 1 cup lukewarm water

Add cinnamon powder, cloves, peppermint essential oil in water and boil it for about 10 minutes. Now filter the liquid to remove residues and allow it cool. Pour this mouthwash in a reusable jar and keep it in refrigerator.

Ingredients – 1/2 cup Aloe vera juice, 1/2 cup distilled water, 3 drops of essential oil, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
